Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once a 20% non-refundable deposit has been received.

For bookings made more than 100 days before the event, the remaining balance is due by the payment deadline provided at confirmation.

For bookings made within 100 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

If payment is not completed on time, we may need to release the reservation.


Changes to Booking
We understand plans can change. If you need to adjust your booking (such as dates, accommodation, or number of rooms), please contact us as soon as possible.

All changes depend on availability and may involve additional costs.

Cancelation
If you need to cancel, the following terms apply:

• More than 90 days before arrival: Refund of payments made, minus a 10% administration fee
• 65–90 days before arrival: Credit for the full amount paid toward a future Global Squash Festival event
• Less than 65 days before arrival: No refund or credit

Please note: the 20% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.

Force Majeure (Event Cancellation)
In rare cases, events may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events (“force majeure”).

If this occurs, participants will receive credit toward a future Global Squash Festival event.

If an event is cancelled due to under-enrollment, a full refund will be issued.

Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the event.

We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel, accommodation, insurance, or personal expenses.

We also cannot provide refunds or compensation for disruptions caused by weather, safety considerations, or other circumstances outside our control.

Changes
From time to time, we may need to adjust the schedule or format of the event due to operational, weather, or logistical reasons.

Any additional costs arising from changes, delays, illness, or travel disruptions remain the responsibility of the participant.
